1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Enrichwares. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, "Services") operated by Enrichwares ("we," "our," or "us"), located at Shop 9, Royal City Plaza, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India.

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Enrichwares, our customers, or third parties.

4 Orders & Payments

When you place an order through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues with payment processing.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of order will apply.

Payment: We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (available in select locations)
• EMI options through eligible banks and NBFCs

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely confirms receipt. Order acceptance occurs when the product is shipped.

5 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the delivery location, product type, and shipping method selected.

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days for most locations across India.

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days for select locations (additional charges apply).

Important Shipping Information:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Enrichwares pass to you upon delivery of the items.
• Free shipping is available on orders above a specified minimum order value as communicated on our website.
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
• If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

6 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@enrichwares.shop with your order number and reason for return.
• Certain products such as customized, personalized, or perishable items may not be eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Enrichwares or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Enrichwares name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Enrichwares or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Enrichwares.

You may access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

8 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the general use restrictions outlined above, you specifically agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm Enrichwares or other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up the Services.

• Create fake reviews or ratings, or otherwise manipulate product reviews or ratings in a fraudulent manner.
• Engage in price manipulation, coupon fraud, or any other form of fraudulent transaction activity.

Our Services and all content, products, and services provided through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be available at all times or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased through the Services will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected, though we endeavor to address them promptly.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or appearance due to photographic conditions, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enrichwares, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services.
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on our Services.
• Damages resulting from any products or services purchased or obtained through the Services.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to us for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

11 Communication & Notification Consent

By registering on our platform, placing an order, or submitting your contact details through our contact form, you expressly consent to receiving communications from Enrichwares and our communication partner My Inbox Media ®.

These communications may include:

• Order updates, shipping notifications, and delivery confirmations via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
• Promotional offers, discount codes, and exclusive deals via all registered communication channels.
• New product announcements and seasonal collections via email and push notifications.
• Important account and service updates via all registered communication channels.
• Personalized product recommendations based on your purchase and browsing history.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Specifically, applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable regulations shall govern these Terms.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may also seek recourse through the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Services.
